Industrial Wood
Industrial wood is generated by
businesses as they dispose of unwanted wood. This material
is normally dried wood, either air dried or kiln dried’ and
includes pallets, crates, cut offs, trimmings, etc. Much of
this wood is clean but we are also able to take most
woods that are mixed with glues and resins. Standard size
pallets and lumber in good condition is often recycled back
into the market place for further use where damaged wood
is recycled into landscape material, fuel pellets, and fuel
for generation of steam/heat and electricity.
MMR is in position to provide a green solution to disposal of wood waste, saving
space in landfills and providing one more use for waste wood. Working with MMR is
a means for business and industry to participate in an environmentally sound reuse
of wood, a renewable resource.
